Nancy Park
Nancy Park is a mission-driven strategist with over 12 years of experience advancing workforce systems and economic mobility across philanthropy, nonprofits, and consulting. She most recently served as Senior Director at Jobs for the Future, where she led business development and managed an $11M portfolio of national workforce innovation initiatives.
Previously, as Senior Program Officer at Robin Hood Foundation, Nancy managed a grants portfolio focused on workforce development, income security, and economic opportunity for New Yorkers experiencing poverty. She has also served as Board Member of Up & Go, a worker-owned platform cooperative featured in the New York Times, and was a founding member of Uncharted Colombia, a social impact accelerator. Nancy began her career as a management consultant at Deloitte and holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.
As an immigrant who moved to the United States with her family from South Korea at the age of nine, she has seen firsthand the tenacity and superhuman strength required to build a life from scratch.
