Meet Upward Scholars student Slimane, a Moroccan immigrant studying biotechnology at Berkeley City College. 🧪🔬

After joining Upward Scholars last year, Slimane already feels the relief of not worrying about how he’ll afford the expensive science textbooks his classes require.
